His experience prior to Castalia includes work on water and sanitation policy, international cooperation, and innovation at the Ministry of Housing and Cities and the National Planning Department in Colombia. He also has worked as a consultant for the World Bank.

The past. What we know about the past is always distorted by the information historians have available and their interpretation. It would be wonderful to experience important historical events as the people from that time did

I enjoy playing football and chess and reading history, fantasy, and literature books
