Dylan is an economic and financial analyst at Castalia specialized in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and financial modelling for infrastructure. Dylan recently completed his master’s degree at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. His work there focused on the intersection between international development and infrastructure.
Previously, Dylan worked in financial services in the automotive industry and public education in Mexico and the US.
Dylan is passionate about access. He works to develop projects in the most efficient and effective way to get services to those who need them.

What’s your favorite book and why?
The Brothers Karamazov. This is one of the greatest books ever written. Each character is developed, and each life story could be its own novel. It covers so many aspects of the human experience
What has been your favorite place to travel to?
I had the pleasure of living in Kyiv for the summer. It’s an incredibly beautiful and historical city that features elements of Eastern and Western Europe in a magical way. The scenery, the people, and the food made for an unforgettable experience
