Francis seeks to promote economic growth and social progress in developing communities worldwide while protecting the earth’s natural resources.
Francis began her professional career at Castalia as an economic and financial research associate. She focuses on the energy sector and is also engaged in infrastructure and market development to improve social services. While completing her degree she worked as a research and teaching assistant for macroeconomics and as a project manager at START Americas together, an environmental non-profit based in Bolivia.
Francis is passionate about advancing sustainable development to ensure that future generations have the opportunity to live and grow in a stable and healthy world.

What’s your favorite book and why?
The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho. It highlights the importance of embracing the present while at the same time having a dream that makes your life interesting and keeps you motivated.
