Joe is passionate about supporting the provision of affordable and accessible infrastructure in developing countries. He is deeply committed to remedying global inequities in standards of living and strives to help clients work to achieve this goal.
Joe is an analyst in Castalia’s Water practice. His expertise includes the economics and political economy of infrastructure, service delivery, and development. Joe is skilled in analyzing complex economic, regulatory, and political issues in developing countries.
Before joining Castalia, Joe provided political risk advisory services to private, public, and nonprofit clients in the Middle East. He then completed a mixed Master’s program at Georgetown University in public policy and foreign policy. While at Georgetown, Joe interned at the US Embassy to Yemen and the World Bank’s Office of the Chief Economist for the Middle East.
