Infrastructure planning, transaction advisory, and financing

We help investors and asset owners

originate proprietary deal flow, identifying and developing invest-able opportunities. We perform due diligence on the commercial, regulatory, market and political aspects of a proposed investment. We advise them on mechanisms such as viability gap funding, development grants, guarantees and other risk-sharing to attract blended finance.

We help governments and international agencies

develop master plans, integrated resource plans, and pipelines of projects that create economic benefits and are financeable. We develop and appraise projects to see if they are economically, financially, technically, environmentally and socially viable. We structure projects, attract market interest, develop project documents, run tender processes, evaluate bids, assist in negotiations, and help government agencies get to financial close.  We also help blend public and private finance so that socially desirable projects can proceed.
