Giang is a project finance and public private partnership expert.

Giang advises the public and private sectors on the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects in the water and transport sectors. He also supports government agencies in improving legal frameworks for mobilizing private finance for infrastructure development. Giang is skilled in analyzing the viability and structure of PPP projects.  

Prior to Castalia, Giang provided corporate advisory services and private sector development for USAID funded programs, EY, and other consulting firms.  

Giang has devoted his career to consulting, where he can find solutions to the problems and challenges that businesses and governments face. He loves helping people in poor countries to access better infrastructure services.
