Ana is a Senior Analyst in Castalia’s Sustainability Practice, with expertise in governance, climate resilience, and economic and financial assessments in the water sector.

Her prior experience includes work on policy development, regulation, climate resilience, and socioeconomic assessments related to water, sanitation, and hygiene at the Stockholm International Water Institute, Oxford Policy Management, and different government agencies in Colombia.

Ana is driven to find the best use of available resources to achieve significant and sustainable impacts and contribute to evidence-based decision-making, improving both private and public interventions in the water sector.
