Nel takes delight in detail-oriented work, multitasking, working with a global team, and designing and implementing Castalia’s human resources initiatives.
Nel leads our human resources team and oversees its functions. She uses her expertise in payroll and benefits, recruitment, performance and training management, and finance support to help ensure efficiency within our corporate services team.
Prior to joining Castalia, Nel worked for a government-owned universal bank in the Philippines.
Nel is passionate about empowering people to develop their skills and achieve their professional goals. She enjoys bringing people together and promoting a positive working environment.
