She is passionate about tackling complex energy transition challenges, such as ensuring a stable electricity supply while increasing the proportion of renewable energy in the grid in various countries. She highly values Castalia’s collaborative approach to solving complex, strategic assignments and delivering sustainable, measurable results.
Prior to joining Castalia, Daria worked in Beijing, China, in the logistics and raw materials procurement for one of the world’s largest aluminium producers. During that time, she gained extensive technical knowledge of the aluminium industry and the practices and nuances of local businesses.
