Amy is an Analyst in Castalia's Water practice. Her work covers utility reform, infrastructure due diligence, and new ways to pay for essential services.

At Wood Mackenzie, Amy worked on commercial due diligence for a US$1.6 billion LNG terminal investment, modeling how net-zero and tariff scenarios would affect prices and supply-demand fundamentals and gathering battery storage revenue data to train a forecasting model. Amy also founded Wales’s first 180 Degrees Consulting branch at Cardiff Business School with 24 consultants, leading over 1,000 hours of pro bono strategy work.

Amy wants infrastructure to be inclusive and sustainable. She believes essential services work best when they’re designed around the people who use them and financed to last.
