Anamaria carries out financial and regulatory analysis of infrastructure projects and advises on utility turn arounds.

Before Castalia, her experience includes working in the water, sanitation, and solid waste sectors as Director of Policy and Regulation in Colombia’s Ministry of Housing, Cities, and Territory. Also, Anamaria worked as a consultant on regulation and finance of infrastructure for The Economist, the Development Bank of Latin America CAF, and the Interamerican Development Bank.

Anamaria is passionate about improving the government’s role and services in sustainable infrastructure. She enjoys crafting innovative ways to bring together governments, development partners, communities, and the private to provide services for all, affordably and sustainably.
