Joe is passionate about supporting the provision of affordable and accessible infrastructure in developing countries. He is deeply committed to remedying global inequities in standards of living and strives to help clients work to achieve this goal.

Joe is a senior analyst in Castalia’s Water practice. His expertise includes the economics and political economy of infrastructure, service delivery, and development.

Before joining Castalia, Joe worked for a private political risk advisory firm in the Middle East. He then completed a Master’s program at Georgetown University in public policy and foreign policy. While at Georgetown, Joe interned with the US diplomatic mission to Yemen and the World Bank’s Office of the Chief Economist for the Middle East.
