Karen is an Analyst at our Sustainability practice. She is eager to continue working on finding sustainable and innovative solutions for public infrastructure challenges, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.

Prior to Castalia, Karen obtained her Master’s degree in Global Human Development with a focus on climate and environment and quantitative methods.

As a graduate consultant, she has worked with the Clean Air Task Force to develop a composite index to measure the readiness of African countries to deploy clean energy technologies.

She also worked as a program analyst with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and as a teacher for junior high school students in rural Ghana.
