Working with Castalia’s Corporate Services Team, Kaylin supports all staff by managing the professional development process. She also assists with performance management, training, and other company-wide corporate culture initiatives.
Prior to working at Castalia, Kaylin has done project work, business development, and training in medical laboratories in South Africa and New Zealand.
