Sandip Guha is a business development and strategy professional with over 15 years of experience supporting infrastructure and PPP engagements for government agencies, multilateral institutions, and private developers. His focus is on market positioning, growth strategy, and proposal development for complex, multi-country advisory assignments in infrastructure and sector reform.
Prior to Castalia, Sandip held senior roles at Deloitte and CRISIL (an S&P Global company), where he supported international growth initiatives and high-value pursuits across multiple infrastructure sectors. His work spanned South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, giving him exposure to clients such as the World Bank, IFC, MCC, ADB, FCDO, and United Nations agencies. He was also involved in mentoring and capacity-building initiatives.
