Valentina is a Senior Associate in Castalia’s Energy Practice, specializing in economic and financial analyses to address complex infrastructure challenges, assess alternative approaches, and translate information into evidence-based recommendations.

Prior to Castalia, Valentina was a Senior Consultant at Nalanda Analytica and advised Colombia’s National Infrastructure Agency and Ministry of Housing. She worked at the intersection of infrastructure, public policy, and sustainability, including utility regulation, public-private partnerships, public investment, and water security across Latin America.

Valentina is passionate about bringing best practices from other infrastructure sectors into the energy sector. She is motivated by helping governments and companies pursue economic growth while advancing environmental sustainability and social benefits.
