Jonathan has worked across infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on energy.
He is skilled in building reform coalitions, and in facilitating reform processes.
Jonathan worked for many years in the World Bank, engaged with governments and development aid organizations at senior level, and has worked all over the world. He has seen governments from the inside and the outside, and has extensive experience with the private sector and NGOs also.
Jonathan is passionate about clean energy and climate change, and has broad experience in political economy thinking.
