Castalia provides regulatory support to Micronesia Telecommunications Regulatory Authority

Over the next three years, a Castalia team, led by Alex Sundakov and Anton Murashev, will help the first independent regulator in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) carry out its functions and build capacity.

The recently-established Telecommunication Regulation Authority (the Authority) will set the tone for regulatory engagement with potential market entrants in the country’s infrastructure sector.

Our team will help the Authority introduce effective competition in the telecommunications market and advise them on ways to improve service access and quality for the long-term interests of users in FSM.

Castalia is excited to provide regulatory advice to the Authority, and help establish the Authority as a leading regulatory body in the Pacific region.
