During this year’s Global Water Summit, David Ehrhardt, Castalia’s CEO, will moderate the “Efficient Utilities: Unlocking funds for SDG6 Expansion” Panel.

The Panel will focus on innovative approaches to reducing water loss, the importance of improved water management to achieve SDG 6 ‘Clean Water and Sanitation,’ and how resolving water losses helps utilities address water scarcity and improve their financial sustainability.

David has 30 years of experience advising governments, utilities, and investors involved in the water sector. He specializes in structuring performance-based contracts for non-revenue water reduction (NRW). Panelists include Ahmadou Bakayoko – CEO of the Water Distribution Company in Côte d’Ivoire (SODECI); Ahmadfaizal Abdulrahman – CEO of the National Water Services Commission in Malaysia; and Zack White – Senior Insights Manager for the Digital Utilities Programme at GSMA.

The Global Water Summit is a premier knowledge-sharing platform fostering dialogue and collaboration among water sector stakeholders. In Castalia, we are committed to driving actionable solutions to progress towards water safety for all and water sector resilience. We are looking forward to forging new partnerships with policymakers, utility chief executives, investors, engineers, and water technologists that work toward implementing sustainable water management solutions globally.
