We identify opportunities and develop strategies for governments and the private sector to improve infrastructure, together. Castalia is leading in the development of new financing and delivery models to address the world’s transportation challenges. We develop new PPP structures for urban transport and mobility projects, as well as for free-access highways. Where appropriate we help governments realize greater value from existing transportation assets. We help lenders assess credit risk and bring private sector investment to projects when needed.
