Leticia is an Associate in Castalia’s Multi-Sector practice. Working on projects across the transport, energy, and water sectors, she has helped clients develop funding and financing strategies, prioritize infrastructure projects, and design effective governance systems.

She has worked closely with the Indonesian government and the World Bank on a range of initiatives.

In 2025, Leticia rejoined Castalia after completing her Master’s degree at Stanford University, where she studied how geopolitics influences infrastructure development.

Previously, she worked with UNICEF Indonesia on SDG-linked bonds and helped evaluate Australian government programs. Leticia is passionate about supporting economic growth in developing countries. She sees driving infrastructure development as a key foundation for that progress.
