Nitika is an Analyst in Castalia’s Energy Practice. She strives to deliver sustainable and reliable energy solutions to drive growth in emerging markets.
Specializing in electricity markets, project finance, and modeling, Nitika brings strong quantitative and analytical skills to support clients in navigating complex energy challenges.
Prior to Castalia, Nitika worked for Enel Green Power to develop a quantitative tool to identify high-potential American states for renewable development. She interned with Eni’s Government Affairs Office and the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC. Previously, Nitika held analyst roles at two major think tanks in India, the Centre for Social and Economic Progress and the Brookings Institution’s India Center.

A few highlights – Marrakech for its vibrant colors, San Diego for its ocean cliffs, and Meghalaya for its waterfalls and living root bridges (a marvel of nature-based engineering!)
