Sarah is an Analyst in Castalia’s Energy practice. She is passionate about accelerating the clean energy transition and aims to find least-cost solutions to expand electricity access and improve energy security.
She has experience monitoring regulatory and policy environments and quantifying climate-related financial risk to help stakeholders design resilient energy systems.
Prior to Castalia, Sarah worked on energy policy and emerging technology analyses. This included climate finance projects at Sustainable Capital Advisors, international climate diplomacy at the UAE Mission to the UN for COP28, and research and international development in Egypt.
