Volha improves infrastructure and public services in developing economies, particularly through public-private partnerships.
Prior to joining Castalia, Volha worked at the World Bank advising governments on reforms to ease regulatory burdens for the private sector.
Volha is driven to contribute her knowledge to finding solutions that better everyday lives of ordinary citizens. Working at Castalia, she particularly values the collaborative nature of finding solutions together with development partners and client government agencies.
